Terms of Use
These terms are between you and the individual or legal entity identified as the seller on WaveSift’s App Store or Google Play listing. The terms of the store from which you obtained WaveSift also apply to downloads and advertising.
Using WaveSift
You may use WaveSift to edit media you own or are authorized to use. You remain responsible for your media, edits, exports, backups, and compliance with copyright, privacy, and other applicable laws.
Advertising
All project lengths and editing features available in this version are free and unrestricted. WaveSift may show non-personalized banner ads after any privacy choices required in your region.
Availability and local storage
Media compatibility depends on codecs available on your device. Keep independent copies of important recordings and exports. Removing the app, clearing its storage, device loss, or insufficient storage may remove local data.
Acceptable use
Do not use WaveSift to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or interfere with the app, its services, or advertising systems.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, WaveSift is provided as available without guarantees that every source or device will work without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
The current terms and publisher contact are available through the HTTPS links in WaveSift and its store listing. Continued use after an effective update means the updated terms apply where permitted by law.
